Bubbles, Bubbles and more Bubbles. These super fun and colorful bubble bath ice cream scoops are sure to convince anyone to jump right into that bathtub. Now these are not a bath bomb or bath fizzie (no fizzing action) but are a Bubble Bath Ice Cream Scoop (similar to adding bubble bath) instead. All you have to do is just simply break apart the scoop and finely crumble the mixture under the running faucet and vigorously agitate the bath water with your hands.  The more you agitate the bigger and fluffier the bubbles will get (see above in the picture).
